Bhuvan CV Builder ("we") provides an online CV building and hosting service at bhuvan.fi. For data-protection questions, contact us via the support page.
Account data: your name, email address, and an encrypted password. Security data: an encrypted two-factor (TOTP) secret. CV data: the content you enter into your CV and its saved versions. Subscription data: your plan, status, and billing dates. Payment data: a reference token from PayPal plus your card brand, last four digits and expiry — we never store your full card number; that stays with PayPal.
To provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract), to keep your account secure (legitimate interest), and to meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation). We ask for your explicit consent at registration.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal and CV data are erased at the end of your paid period. We retain anonymised payment records only as long as accounting and tax law require.
You can access and export your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time from your profile. You may also object to processing or lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Passwords are hashed, two-factor secrets and sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest, all traffic uses HTTPS, and access is protected by two-factor authentication. Card data is handled entirely by PayPal.
